Welcome to The Rivelor Circle, for life.
The moment your order is paid, you are part of The Rivelor Circle. Your confirmation follows, with the full-size footprint and the setup guide. Reply to it: it reaches a person. Your vessel receives its Founding Series number, with a digital certificate signed by the founder, sent to you by email.
2 · Production
Your vessel takes shape.
Made once your commission is placed. We take a limited number of commissions each month, so that every piece is given the time it needs: expected in January, in many cases sooner. An email the day production starts, then photos of your own vessel, finished, before it leaves the workshop. Want your Rivelor sooner? TIDE and MONOLITH are delivered in 1 to 2 weeks.
3 · Before it ships

Live tracking.
Your tracking number arrives by email the day it ships: follow it from the port to your driveway.
5 · Delivery and after
Your first immersion.
The carrier calls to set the day. Two hoses, one outlet, and the water is yours. We stay one email away, for as long as you own it, with a 5-Year Warranty.

OVUM is an egg drawn in black acrylic, one continuous curve from rim to base. Black inside and out, it is the darkest form we make, a single dark curve in a bathroom or a spa room.
Made to commission in black acrylic, with two integrated circulation jets and LED light. Its compact Hot & Cold Unit connects by two hoses and holds the water anywhere from 37 to 104°F.

Shipping & delivery
Made once your commission is placed, your vessel is given the time a piece made to last requires: about 3 months, in many cases sooner, expected in January. Then free delivery anywhere in the 48 contiguous states, in a wooden crate, on a day agreed with you.

Before shipping, we agree the delivery day and the access with you; if you wish, we go over the room and the power supply together. We guide you at every step of the setup.
