What does the electrical supply require?
A grounded 110 to 125 V, 60 Hz outlet. The Hot & Cold Unit draws about 1,150 W, around 10 A at 120 V, so a standard 15 A household circuit is enough, with residual current protection on the unit.
Can a vessel be built in or recessed?
Our vessels are freestanding. Send us the drawings of a built-in project and we tell you in writing what each vessel allows.
Can a vessel go outdoors?
Yes, every vessel can stand outdoors, with the power supply protected from rain. Keep its cover on when the weather turns extreme; for acrylic vessels, a roof or some shade is recommended.
Who installs it?
Delivery is by appointment, to the project address, in the 48 contiguous states. Your contractor moves the vessel into place and sets the Hot & Cold Unit beside it, at least 20 inches clear on every side.
Can we use it in a hotel, a spa or a rental?
Yes, under terms we confirm with you in writing before purchase: warranty for commercial use, electrical certification, number of vessels and delivery sequence.
How does payment work for a project?
Order online by card, or ask for a secure invoice and pay by card or bank transfer, in a single payment.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Projects of three vessels or more are quoted at project pricing. Tell us about the project and the number of vessels, and we answer with a formal quote.
Do you have CAD or BIM files?
Our drawings are dimensioned PDFs, in inches and millimeters. Tell us the format you work in and we tell you what we can send.
