and the purchase of products offered by Rivelor ("we", "us", "our"). By
accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance
of the revised Terms.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of
any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party
for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and
are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur between product
images and the actual product received. We reserve the right to correct
errors or omissions and to cancel any order affected by such issues at any
time without notice.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is
accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud,
or product unavailability. We may also limit quantities per customer,
household, or order.
We reserve the right to request additional verification before accepting
or processing any order.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not
store your payment information.
All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any
order prior to shipment and issue a full refund in such cases.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rivelor is not
responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond
our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the
shipping address provided at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which
is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at
rivelor.com/policies/refund-policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos,
and product descriptions, is the property of Rivelor and is protected by
applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute,
or use any content without our prior written consent.
PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:

WARRANTY & CARE
All Rivelor vessels are covered by a manufacturer warranty
against confirmed structural defects.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To initiate a claim, please contact our team at contact@rivelor.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period or without supporting documentation cannot be processed.
All claims are subject to review and validation in accordance with our policy terms. Following review, an appropriate resolution will be provided, which may include:
— Replacement part
— Full unit replacement
— Store credit
CARE
Rinse the interior after each use and avoid abrasive cleaning products to preserve the finish.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, including fitness or health-related results
from use of our products. We do not warrant that the Site will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivelor shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited
to lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site
or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the
product in question.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rivelor, its owners, employees,
and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your
violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable,
that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the
validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may
terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice,
for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy,
constitute the entire agreement between you and Rivelor and supersede any
prior agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the
subject matter herein.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict
of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless
otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
For US consumers, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have
under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site
following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
