What happens after you order COVE.
1 · Today
Welcome to The Rivelor Circle, for life.
The moment your order is paid, you are part of The Rivelor Circle. Your confirmation follows, with the full-size footprint and the setup guide. Reply to it: it reaches a person. Your vessel receives its Founding Series number, with a digital certificate signed by the founder, sent to you by email.
2 · Production
Your vessel takes shape.
Made once your commission is placed. We take a limited number of commissions each month, so that every piece is given the time it needs: expected in January, in many cases sooner. An email the day production starts, then photos of your own vessel, finished, before it leaves the workshop. Want your Rivelor sooner? TIDE and MONOLITH are delivered in 1 to 2 weeks.
3 · Before it ships
Crated, tracked, on its way.
Before it leaves, a photo of its wooden crate.
4 · On its way
Live tracking.
Your tracking number arrives by email the day it ships: follow it from the port to your driveway.
5 · Delivery and after
Your first immersion.
The carrier calls to set the day. Two hoses, one outlet, and the water is yours. We stay one email away, for as long as you own it, with a 5-Year Warranty.

Your commission
The day you order, we reserve your place in the workshop and your vessel is numbered in The Founding Series. From that moment the piece is yours alone, which is why a commission is final once production begins. Cancellation terms

Set from your phone
COVE is the longest oval in the collection, 70.9 inches from end to end. Its low profile keeps it close to the floor: a long white curve to stretch out in.
Made to commission in white acrylic, with two integrated circulation jets and LED light. Its compact Hot & Cold Unit connects by two hoses and holds the water anywhere from 37 to 104°F.

Questions
About COVE
Where can COVE go?
Indoors or outdoors: a bathroom, a spa room, a terrace. Outdoors, keep its cover on when the weather turns extreme; for acrylic vessels, a roof or some shade is recommended.
Will it reach the room?
Before your vessel ships, we confirm its crate size with you and go over the route to the room: doors, turns and stairs.
Want your Rivelor sooner?

The pure rectangle, delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. $9,990.
